Studies and Professional Experience
Moreno Gómez has a PhD in Economics and is an official sworn Translator and Interpreter from Russian to Spanish and vice versa. He has a solid academic background, which includes studies at the People’s Friendship University of Russia in Moscow, the K. A. Timiryazev Moscow Academy of Agronomy, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture.
His professional experience spans more than 30 years, during which he has held positions of great responsibility in various institutions, both in Colombia and abroad. He was Head of the Directorate of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of Colombia and has worked as a translator for the Attorney General’s Office, the Superior Council of the Judiciary and other government entities.
